Shon Gibson
President and Owner of Doctor PC Inc.
In the early 90′s Shon needed to learn about computers and technology out of necessity. Having a previous business with his father, neither Shon nor his dad knew anything about computers, digital accounting or much of technology. Having a business and not knowing about your own computers is not a good place to be. Taking it upon himself Shon learned the basics of computers fast and in a very short while he started helping friends and family. Wanting to get deeper in the tech field Shon got a job doing graphic design and pre-press work where he learned about computers, networking, and different ways to design graphics for print, screen and web using a plethora of file extensions.
Furthering his education, Shon took a job teaching computers at New Horizons Computer Learning Center here in the Valley. For a few years Shon taught Windows, Internet and MS Office classes. While teaching he was able to take advanced classes, such as the A+ Certification class and later networking classes. While doing all of this Shon was able to build a small cliental and do PC work on the side.
In 2002, seeing that there was a huge need for a quality shop in the Rouge Valley, Shon decided to open Doctor PC Inc.
Ever since then Doctor PC has been relentless in providing quality service and parts and because of that we are still here today, proud to be serving our long list of clients and all of the Rogue Valley.

Don started tinkering with computers back in the early 80’s starting with the Commodore PET, Commodore 64 and TRS-80. His passion grew into the PC world in the early 90’s with his first MS-DOS based 286; a screaming beast running at 12MHz, 1MB of RAM and a 40MB hard drive. He learned quickly how the machine worked and how to best optimize its performance. His knowledge grew over the next several years as he continually improved his own PC and those of friends and family.
In 1997 he took his knowledge and turned his passion into a profession and has been helping people throughout the Rogue Valley ever since. With almost 30 of experience in the computer industry and 15 years as a professional PC repair technician he is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced techs in all of southern Oregon.
